At your request, we will liaise, wherever possible, with recognised debt counseling organisations such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, National Debtline and Money Advice Centres.

Inserting customer details on the vSwift website
When you insert the customer details, these will be saved and stored on the Swift Group Web Server for up to six months. Swift Group will not use this information for any purpose other than to store the information to enable you to submit the case to us.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint regarding Swift or our staff, please write to the compliance officer at the above address. We have a formal complaints procedure details of which can be provided upon request.
