Making payments to your loan account

For most customers, the easiest way to make monthly payments is by Direct Debit. You can set up a Direct Debit quickly over the phone, by calling us on
01277 359678. 

Repaying your loan balance at the end of its term

When your loan reaches the end of the originally agreed term, you may be left with a remaining balance that will become due and payable in full. This might be because you took out an interest only loan, or because of missed or late payments over the lifetime of your loan.

Mortgage and loan statements

If you have a mortgage or loan with Swift, you will receive an annual statement. You may also receive additional statements on a more frequent basis, particularly if you have missed any payments.
